MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., Sept. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- For the last 35 years, the small town of Aynor, located in a rural corner of South Carolina, has welcomed residents and visitors to the Aynor Harvest Hoe-Down for live music, dancing and family friendly fun. This year marks a very special year as the festival celebrates its 35th anniversary on Sept.30, 2014 at the Aynor Town Park.

The Hoe-Down is one of the largest and oldest festivals in the Carolinas and welcomes more than 25,000 attendees each year. Located just outside the Myrtle Beach area, the 35th Annual Aynor Harvest Hoe-Down promises big fun with opportunities to experience the quaint and pleasant community of Aynor, South Carolina. The festival kicks off with a parade followed by music entertainment and children's activities throughout the day. Attendees will also enjoy strolling through the park visiting the hundreds of arts, crafts and food vendors.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sept. 30. Musical entertainment will be provided throughout the day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and a Street Dance will round out the evening from 7 to 10 p.m. Booths featuring arts and crafts vendors will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
